If you uninstall the game on Xbox Game Pass it (painfully) removes all of your progress in game. I had to start a new save, and am going to buy it on steam to avoid in future. So please be wary, fellow Dwarves! Rock & Stone 🤎🤍

The game does NOT remove your progress ingame when you uninstall it , since it is saved to your online user profile. HOWEVER, we have seen some small number of report of this happening, but we have not been able to reproduce it, or find any clues as to why it could happen.
Have you made sure to check the Restore Save option in the Options menu? it is possible that your save failed to load, and you need to go in there and load it. Make sure to give it a minute or 2 to load once your on the Restore Save page.
