[2019] What would class would you recommend for a new solo player?

I just started playing, I have around 4 hours and I love this game.I was wondering what class you recommend for me, I have been playing with the driller for most of the time but I don’t know if it’s the best option for me.I’ve tried the scout and didn’t really like him the gunner is ok but I haven’t tried the engineer.

Engineer is my favorite due to the turrets.
Scout is great too, since he can zip all over on his own.
Actually, I like the gunner too in certain scenarios.
