Sooooo...
JIRA accounts are costly and I'm a rather infrequent bug reporter (that would be my only 3rd bug in almost four months).
The question is: isn't there a better way to report bugs for
low-yield glitchoreinfrequent posters like me?I've seen the posts tagged with "Bug" on this sub are a mix of very superficial reports and joke posts.
The only reason I made a JIRA account is that the old.reddit sidebar reads:
BUG REPORTING
- We are using Jira, as it makes it easier for us to read, browse and resolve bugs in there.
- Access the bug board [JIRA link]
so I thought that was preferred method, but I don't want you to pay for two months' upkeep for my access only for me to report no bugs, and then pester you for account re-opening another four months down the road with another one-off bug.
So should I really post it JIRA?
In your case, I would suggest posting it in the #bug-discussion channel on Discord. We read everything in there too!
