[2020] Pickaxe Cosmetics

Do we get cosmetics for the pickaxe only through the new in-game event, or do you also get them from certain promotions like in the experimental branch? I got a couple class specific pickaxe parts when promoting on the experimental branch.

If we get some of them from promotions, then someone who's already promoted (let's say to Gold 2 or 3) is missing out, because I didn't get anything, even though my dwarves are all promoted to at least Gold 1.

They did push back promotion specific armour paintjobs to the next update, but they didn't say anything about pickaxe customization items. Maybe they meant to include it, but forgot, I don't know.
