Well, Deej used to be SUPER active here, but the subreddit overall was too hostile and toxic towards him, so he really limits his posting now. It's really unfortunate, we used to have an extremely reliable line of communication directly from the sub to Bungie, and too many people here were dicks to Deej, and ruined it for everyone else.

Whoa, whoa, whoa now... That's not true. There was that one week where I stopped trying to pacify people when Xur sold No Land Beyond for the fifth time in two months (Can we laugh about that now?) and vowed to focus on solutions to the problem instead of posting about it here. That has been mischaracterized as me throwing up my arms in frustration and leaving this sub forever. That never happened. I'm around. I post if there is a fire to put out or a huge issue that needs attention, but that's Cozmo's gig more than mine now. By and large, the conversation here is great. I read it. I appreciate it more than you know. There are times I get the urge to jump in and talk to you like a fan of the game can, but then I think "Naw, don't derail the train - it's right on track." I was a smoker for twenty years. A little toxicity can't scare me away. Mind you, I like it when we're all respectful to each other and our criticisms are constructive, but I'll still listen even if you shout and use adult language or try to hurt my feelings. Pardon the moment of clarity. I have to go now. My Twitter feed is full of "F5?" Love, DeeJ.

Do you have a secondary account that you use to discuss the game that no one knows? I've always wondered what it would be like to have a widely known account vs a personal one, and how people treated them differently even posting the same type of content. Also, I think it would be fun imagining you being the potential author of every comment I see and reading them in your voice. Especially the very....enthusiastic ones.

Nope. I have nothing to say that I'm ashamed of. I do find it more valuable to listen and learn than to talk on Reddit. I talk enough. This format provides me with a valuable opportunity to hear from all of you. When I interject in the discussion, it gets disrupted, so I choose those moments carefully.
