There's a lot of iconic and amazing sounds in Destiny. What's your favourite? The zoom of an exotic entering your loadout? The blink of clicking on a new triumph? The whoosh of collecting your 15th mote? To do this right, I want to see the sounds written out!
For me it's the BOOF of shooting dark ether balls in Scorn events.

I'd say mine is the "respawn restricted" area sound. Very iconic and maybe used in other games or sounds very similar namely Gears of War

Im a big fan of the poison spreading sound when something dies to Osteo Striga. Even better with Necrotic Grip.
I definitely made sure to beef up that sound when I shipped Osteo because I knew it was gonna get so much more play time!
