[2019] Bungie: Cross-Save will preserve all gear, character, and items across all platforms regardless of entitlements.

The question I asked was: What happens to DLC gear that I equipped on my PC character when I swtich to console where I don't have any DLCs? Are you gonna unequip all items and lock them or what?
