The poison won't affect your target if you release a perfect drawn arrow just before you get killed, that's pretty noticeable because bows have different damage values whether you're hitting a perfect draw or not, so i can see the optimal damage popping up and there's just no poison being afflicted.
the bow was released on season 5, c'mon, bungie.
edit: i wasn't trying to say that the enemy should be poisoned after death.
also, please give us an ornament, i love this weapon.
