[2019] Polaris Lance is Bugged, If you shoot right after the explosive bullet, it cancels the animation of the Explosion and it doesn't happen..

Can we please get a fix on this. It makes the whole Exotic Useless. I was playing Sundial i thought i was tripping when the explosion wasn't happening. Then i noticed that if you spam shoot, the explosion cancels.

Here is video of it, the explosive bullets gets shot 6 Times in the Video but it explodes 0 Times:
