[2019] Just received an email from the european bungie store informing me that today bungie announced Shadowkeep is delayed 2 weeks

Thank you for contacting the Bungie Store EU.

"Unfulfilled" just means that the items have not shipped yet. 

Bungie announced today that Shadowkeep has been delayed two weeks and the new release date is October 1. The physical items in the Collector's Edition will arrive before that date, likely around the first or second week in September.
