Found out last night when hoping to enjoy last few nights of Stadia that D2 servers were taken down.
Didn’t even get to say goodbye. Back to console I suppose.

External link →They're saying that Stadia will be shut down 18th of Jan. Bungie just decided to shut down Destiny 2 early (Jan 10th), and this isn't widely known. I think this was only announced last week. Supposedly Bungie wanted to give chance for Stadia players to make sure they have cross play set up before Stadia actually shuts down next week.
It's not supposed - it's the truth.
