[2019] The Fireteam finder in the companion app has been life-changing for this solo player

After going all year with unfinished quests in my inventory and top-tier challenges avoided, in the last week alone I've used the Fireteam finder tool in the D2 companion app to grind through redux missions on four characters (I did one for a friend with a newborn baby); complete Nightfalls; acquire Legend of Acrius and Whisper of the Worm; and grind a couple dozen levels of Escalation Protocol, which in turn let me acquire Sleeper Simulant, Polaris Lance, and the IKELOS shotty. Granted, a large amount of credit is due to the amazingly supportive Destiny community, but now that I've discovered this tool, I feel like a broken record telling other players about it who are still stuck on certain challenges due to insufficient help.

EDIT: I forgot -- I also found a group willing to sherpa me on Eater of Worlds. Incredible.
