Hey there, don't know where else to post this, but I recently used the Bungie Store for the first time to purchase the Ghost Writer seal late last year, and I can see from the tracking information provided to me that someone at some point has just lazily typed the first line in my address into some sort of system, slapped an arbitrary postcode on it, and then shipped it to a town across the country.
I'm really disappointed, (especially after waiting so long), that it's now being sent all the way back to the Netherlands, and I'm just wondering what I can do about it?
Thanks in advance to anyone who can point me in the right direction. I've heard horror stories about support, and seen multiple people actually acquire help here more easily, though I have also reached out to them too.
