I am in need of assistance. I tracked my package through fed ex and when it was delivered they showed me a picture of a package on an unknown porch.

I have contacted fed ex first about this issue. When I told them the supposed delivery address, they said it was different on the shipping label. They told me as the recipient, I am unable to pretty much do nothing except contact the seller (bungie store)

Reason being my package was sent through a service called fed ex smart post and I can’t even file a claim, only the seller can

I have emailed bungie store merchandise support for the past day and they keep giving me the same response to get written proof that It was sent to the wrong address, and I keep telling them as the recipient I can’t but they probably can.

I have no idea what to do anymore because the merchandise team is just refusing to help me at this point.

Any advice please?

Update#1: I appreciate all the advice on this situation I’m having. I sent one last email and if they end up sending me the same reply again. Then I’ll just file a complaint to the BBB And AG of Washington/California state office. The last thing I want to do is hurt bungie in any way, but I’m not gonna take fault over someone else mistake. I’ll keep updated if anything happens.
