[2022] Kill clip can't be refreshed

I tested my feeding frenzy-kill clip Hero's burden to see if you can refresh kill clip. You can see, that the damage bonus now is indeed a ~25% (2007÷1607x100) one, but it's not refreshable.

Getting kills then reloading while kill clip is active will not keep the damage bonus, only the text visual.

pls fix i want to use my hero's burden

Edit: to be clear, by refreshing i mean already having kill clip active, then getting a kill and then reloading.
