[2022] Can we get an acknowledgement about Vortex and Contraverse hold dealing 1/3rd of the damage they used to since tuesday update?

Title. Can we get a tweet or something about this? If it is indeed a bug and when will it be fixed. Or god forbid its acutally intended damage nerf that was forgotten in the patch notes.
