Appreciate you all. As I said in my message, will forever be thankful for everything I've learned through interactions on this sub and the overall Destiny community.
I have to make it clear - for every comm that went out in a reply, there was someone on the team with the info to make it happen. Cheers to every dev, tester, producer, CM team mate, and employee who was able to get answers to the questions that you were asking, or information to help guide the conversation.
I've had the pleasure to see the true care and passion everyone at Bungie has behind Destiny. Good times or bad, folks are eager to make the best damn live service game the world has ever seen. Sometimes there are rough spots. Sometimes it takes a bit to fix up a hole or issue. In the 7+ years of getting to see internal development, there's always been a strong vibe of "let's get sh*t done" and I'll always remember it fondly.
There's a pillar at Bungie - "Teams are stronger than Heroes" - and I hope you all feel that with each update / content drop. I'm thankful to have been a messenger over the years and thankful to have been able to relay a ton of your feedback alongside other members of the team but at the end of the day, there are so many talented folks who have made the killer sh*t that you all play and continue to iterate on it. This doesn't even cover the Bungie Foundation initiatives either - so much effort to improve the world (with all of your help), and they all deserve so much praise.
Excited to see where Bungie and Destiny goes from here, as a fan. Hell, maybe I'll end up back at some point in a different role or on a different team, but the future is unknown. Excited to see where things go.
Much love, and thank you.
