HOTFIX 2 - February 8, 2024 - 1.3.1

GAME UPDATES

Lunar Shrine XP Boost

  • Increased XP Bonus per Monster Kill to 100% (from 50%)

Ancestors Favor Sigil

  • Increased Glyph XP Bonus to 20% XP (from 10%)

  • Note: In-Game text will still reference 10% until a future patch.

Developer’s Note: These increased bonuses aim to ensure Lunar Shrines and the Ancestor’s Favor Sigil Affix are universally exciting and valuable to the Lunar Awakening experience for players across all World Tiers - well beyond the completion of earning all the cosmetic rewards Ying-Yue has to offer!

  • Updated the Lunar Awakening pool of the reputation reward caches with appropriate world tier qualities.

BUG FIXES

  • Fixed an issue where monster waves are only spawning for first player that clicks shrine in the subzone
  • Fixed an issue where players were still affected by damage over time after effects even after they interact with a Lunar Awakening Protection Shrine
  • Fixed an issue where the Lunar Awakening event quest line is unavailable for some characters in Eternal Realm
  • Fixed an issue where the “Lootmaster” Season Journey objective progress was interrupted for some players.
  • General performance improvements

Just wanted to toss in that the team has an update for those who are having to create new characters to redeem some cosmetics for the Lunar New Year Event.

For example: If you are a Necromancer and you have a Wand cosmetic from the event, you aren’t able to redeem it on your Necromancer due to some restrictions in the game. This then forced you to store this in your stash and make a new Sorceror just to redeem the reward. This will be fixed so you can redeem them on any class. We ask that you just store them in your stash until this patch hits.
