[2020] Game crashes on map join.

Asking for a friend. Their game will fall to powerpoint levels of fps (think 5-10) on the map intro screen, and any efforts to interact with the game result in their screen flashing black and blue. We've tried pubs and private custom games.

Their PC is more than capable, considering it's more powerful than my own and I run fine. The only gameplay they've gotten so far is the tutorial.

I'll try answer questions that will help get this troubleshooted.
