Am I stupid or is some sort of siphonator active during shaft arena? I dont feel like its active during rocket arena or any other arena.
Can anybody please educate me on this? "Learn Tab" doesn't say anything about this.

Is it on constantly or is there some sort of condition like in Wipeout?
In Shaft Arena and Rocket Arena it's on at all times
