To answer some common questions about the Shop and Battle Pass:

Shop

• Coin PacksIn the Epic Games Store and in the Shop it’s possible to buy Coin Packs, the first purchase of each of these packs which have different coin amounts, will contain bonus exclusive items (only possible to get from these packs with the exception of the Heart sticker). When you purchase a more expensive Coin Pack you do not receive the coins or bonus items from the less expensive pack(s), they are separate.
• Coin Packs with bonus - limited time offerIt is undetermined for how long these coins packs with bonus items will be available.
• Shop rotationThe shop’s contents rotate every 2 days at Midnight UTC, these items may show up in the shop again in the future.
• GiftsIt is not possible purchase an item or the Battle Pass as a gift.

Battle Pass

• Battle Pass RewardsThe Battle Pass contains 100 levels with 26 free rewards and 74 paid rewards, it is possible to unlock 390 Coins from unlocking free rewards and 810 Coins if you have purchased the Battle Pass which combined lead to 1200 Coins, enough Coins to buy the next season’s Battle Pass. Once level 100 is reached it's possible to keep leveling up but there are no more rewards.
• Battle Pass purchase optionsWhen buying the Battle Pass there are two options, the regular Battle Pass and the Battle Pass Bundle which includes + 25 levels (25 additional levels unlocked relative to your current level), it is only possible to purchase one of these, after that the other becomes unavailable.
• Purchasing Battle Pass levelsBattle Pass levels can be purchased with coins to automatically unlock a level.
• Battle Pass exclusivityThe Season 1 Battle Pass can only be bought during Season 1 and its rewards can only be unlocked during Season 1 (in some development updates months ago, other rules were being considered which are no longer part of the current plans) - this means that it will only be possible to get these items during Season 1, after that the unlocked items will remain on the accounts of people who earned them, and it will not be possible to unlock rewards from levels that hadn’t been completed (this information has been added to the Battle Pass page in the latest patch).
• Battle Pass XPIt is possible to gain Battle Pass XP and complete Daily Challenges (which offer XP) by playing Quick Play matches (with the exception of the Warmup mode), andby playing Ranked matches. The XP required to level up for the first Battle Pass levels goes from 1000, 1800, 3400, 4200, 5000, 5800, 6600, 7400, 8200, 9000, to always 10,000 for each remaining level.
• Daily ChallengesDaily Challenges that have been completed will reset every day at Midnight UTC, challenges that haven't been completed will stay, it is possible to re-roll one Daily Challenge every 24 hours relative to Midnight UTC.
• Coins or items not appearing immediatelyThere have been some instances of coins not immediately appearing on the coin counter (be it from purchases or Battle Pass rewards), along with the Battle Pass icon or some specific items, if this happens to you then restarting the game should make them appear.
