T5 house fully kitted out 273 points

T5 House 3 rooms of each,

2 floors of Composite Lumber and 1 Bunker of flat steel (underground)

Took about 5 - 6 hpurs to design and build but very happy with the outcome.

This isnt a creative server, but materials costs were halved on everything.

*EDIT* just hit 300 with some adjustments to living room and outdoor
