[2020] Steam sale on the 9th?

No, we won't have a sale on 9th.

I'll suggest a release stream to the team, myself won't be here as i unfortunately have to attend a funeral service. I've also provided your feedback for a sale to the team. It's not me to make that decision, i was told there will be no sale. I probably don't need to mention that our marketing budget is nearly nonexistant as a indie developer that needs to put the money into developers to build and fix stuff, though.

That's not true, Korben, we had several 15% sales for nearly all the big Steam sales. We don't do bigger sales while Early Access lasts, as i have mentioned a few times as well. We need to earn money to go on developing *g*

Yeah, but some free keys to some bigger streamers for example costs you (almost) nothing.

Or a nice release trailer for Youtube and a "be hyped for the 9.0 Update next week wednesday" banner while showing some of the new animals and making some "cinematic" ingame shots of the new building materials. Just run around on your test server and cut it together. Things like this costs nothing but builds some hype!

We do work with Streamers. Just giving a key to a big streamer unfortunately doesn't really do it, though. They're not that easy to get.

I've suggested it to the team, that's all i can do for the moment, unfortunately. All of our staff are working nearly the whole day in these last few days, there is little room for anything :)

We updated the store front a bit with new animations as well, modernizing stuff a bit. Hope you like them.
