[2020] Basic Engineering - Focused Workflow not working

Hey everyone,

Quick question, Has anyone managed to get basic engineering focused workflow working?

I have unlocked it but don't seem to see any speed difference. I assume it relates to the wainwright table? Or do they have to be completely alone?
