[2021] House XP bonus missing since updating server

The changelog mentions why this is:

IMPORTANT NOTE: Please make sure to check your property. This update has removed the ability to have a claim spread out over several areas without being continuously connected. Also, you only get housing points from the deed that you have chosen to be your location of residency - all other deeds will no longer provide housing points.

Make sure you have zero industrial tables in the rooms with furniture and that that deed is your residency. You can only have one. If that doesn't help, I need screenshots of the rooms to investigate any further.

Because residency can also define what laws you fall under and hence not necessarily is wished to be at that place.
