[2020] User does not own eco?

Please have him contact [email protected] in regards to this matter. Maybe he has linked a SLG account? I'd need the SLG ID.

This likely happens when the user had a linked account to his Steam account earlier and had refunded the game.

Well, then investigating would have helped us, as the only known cause of this is what i wrote in my post.
