[2019] Can't seem to find how to change plant growth rates

I'm currently hosting a dedicated server for a few friends, and the current growth rates for the plants are way too slow. I tried looking in EcoSim.eco and could not find MaturityAgeDays for any plants in the file. There were not any plants at all in there. Any ideas?

The option for this can now be found in single files for each plant in Mods/Organisms
