[2020] What is your recommended server host?

I’m planning to get back into Eco with the 9.0 update and I’d like to run my own server. I don’t want to leave my own PC on constantly though, so I’m investigating server hosts.

Does anyone recommend for or against a particular company? I’m in Central US if that makes a difference. Top concern is reliability, price after that.

Also how much RAM would people recommend I purchase for this? I’m not planning on having 100 people on at a time but having 20 would be good.
