Please, refrain from using Zap Hosting, as they rely on being international in order to deny any service requests or payment issues, purposely don't abide by their terms of agreement, and even intentionally use different ways of keeping track of server times through their site in order to mislead you into not being able to cancel your service.
There is no money back guarantee since they will reject it, there's no cancellation allowed, and their service representatives spend hours meticulously crafting message replies that defend them from any wrongdoing while refusing to ever help or admit to problems relating to payment issues, terms of agreement issues, basic service and downtime issues, and even just for help answering basic questions about their own Server Hosting. They are obviously poorly equipped for customer service, but yet they have 2 debt collection agencies readily available and will use them to threaten you along with fees for every late payment you may or may not have agreed to!
