Do they have turned their Voice Chat on and are they near you?
Voice chat needs to be enabled by everyone wanting to participate and the voice chat is area based, not global.

Ah, i see. Yeh, we don't have the possibility to select the device ingame yet, that's a feature that might come later. For now one needs to define the default Mic in Windows.

It's a smidge clunky, but an easy fix, once I knew what the problem was.

If I may ask, while I have your ear..so to speak..; Any chance of adding 'blueprinting' to the game?
Basically, you know how you see ghost blocks when doing a fill/line?
What if we could place said ghost blocks, then gun to get materials, and click on those ghost block to auto-place?
Or, for large projects (like upgrading a housing tier), let us set a Storage for the 'ghost' blocks to pull from, like workbenches do. The game then builds, or switches out blocks, until those ghost blocks are all used or the storage runs out?

It would make larger building projects & upgrading easier!
Blueprints are something we consider for the future, but not in a way that automatically builds from a linked storage.
