[2019] Tree growing and daytime

Hi I'm currently hosting a server with some friends on g-portal.com. I'm wondering if there is an option for trees. I want to grow them faster. Also I want to shorten the night a bit. Are those two options possible? I'm a very noob on this 😅 some help would me nice
