That's wrong, that talent does work and always has. It does only remove the penalty on clearing debris though, not remove the cost completely. It just reduces it by a big amount - the applied penalty.

My post was in relation to Cleanup Crew, which always had a description.

Cleanup removes the calorie penalty for removing wood pulp.

It's a bonus in terms of removing a penalty everyone else gets.

I do need to correct myself, since my original post the implementation has changed to be more specific about picking up things with hands. (The description was different before and didn't involve hands, but you had to use the axe) That didn't get finished in time for Update 10, though, so it currently does note "WIP" again. I'm really sorry for confusing you, I wasn't aware of that singular change.
