[2020] Tailings are no longer being contained within Clay pits!! 9.0.2

These were never effective, as they're not included in Update 9.0. This idea was presented in a livestream for one of the next major updates.

No, as burying them deep is the intended way to deal with them and the only working one for at least the last three major patches.
