that means your VC++ Redistributable are not on the most recent version, please install the latest one :)

Please download and install the latest x64 redistributables for 2015 - 2019 from this page and install them: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/topic/the-latest-supported-visual-c-downloads-2647da03-1eea-4433-9aff-95f26a218cc0

Mac / Linux isn't supported by Eco. For M macs it doesn't work at all, the CPU isn't supported.
