Hey, I am running a server with a global settlement. The only problem I am facing is that people can't place down outposts because it's within the influence of the settlement. Is there a way to bypass this?

External link →No, outpost claim stakes are purposefully not usable within settlements (hence called "outpost"). It potentially can be modded, but I can't help with that.
Problem is the stakes received from reading skill scrolls are outpost stakes and useless to those inside settlements. They should be generic like the papers
That is working as intended, as for settlements there are the settlement stakes. The purpose of outpost stakes is for people to be able to claim things specifically outside of settlements which is not otherwise possible with settlements - at the same time they are not intended to make the settlement system obsolete.
