Common issues:
If you experience issues with your account steam linking please send a mail to [email protected] with your slg account email and username.
If you experiencing black screen issues or menus not loading, then you can try the following:
1. Disable any 3rd party tool that might effect the game ( like fps boost applications etc , antiviruses )
2. 2 update your drivers
3. Send us the unity client logs that you can find here
C:\Users\username\AppData\LocalLow\Strange Loop Games\ECO\output_log.txt
To [email protected] with your full system specs. A fresh directXDiag diagnostig file would be preferred
For people that have issues starting singleplayer / a new server :
Can you make sure that the antivirus is not interfering, make sure you have the latest .net framework version installed from here https://www.microsoft.com/net/download/windows
Eco requires .net at least 4.6.2 when it comes to .net or newer.
If you are still having issues please send us the server logs that can be found in the server/dumb folder to our email address [email protected]

Also! I see that allot of people that buy eco on steam create a slg account. You do not need a slg account in order to play eco if you bought eco from steam.
If you have login issues please try deleting eco from your computer and go to your appdata/locallow/strangeloopgames folder and delete the eco folder. Restart your pc and reinstall eco. That should resolve the steam user login issues that some people have gotten
