Any way to force a room type? (Make Outdoors be Outdoors again)

You are supposed to separate your residential from your industrial deed if you want to benefit from the Outdoor bonuses, you can do that by getting a second claim stake in a town - or if you play on singleplayer / server with Low Collaboration through one of the claim stakes you get when reading a skill scroll.
