@frameDoubt Not sure how it works in your country, but here in the end you pay for the usage and wear and tear, so I think it's possible to be a fair landlord :)
@frameDoubt Haha, well, I'm not a landlord. The problem with people abusing poor people with rents in Germany is prevalent as well, but most landlords I had to deal with yet were very fair.
