My Elite Dangerous is VERY bugged, i need your help to fix it !

When i last played the game in december, every seemed normal, at least from what i can recall, but now since i came back to the game about a week ago, it's been super buggy. here's a few things i've confirm to happen consistently :

-Black screen for about two minutes at least whenever i start the game.

-Opening discord crashes the game

-Plugging/Unplugging ANYTHING crashes the game. (audio devices, VKBs, usb sticks, etc...)

Another thing i've witnessed yesterday but don't know how to reproduce is that at some point, all my displays started blinking on and off, and one of them (the right one) started showing static, while the middle and left ones showed either the normal display of the pc, or a black screen.

I have a RTX 2060 with a i9 10900k and 32 gigs of ram running on windows 10. Did a memtest yesterday, RAM at least seems okay.

Does one of you have an idea of what the hell is going on with my game ? i already tried reinstalling, and it didn't fix anything. also updated my graphic drivers, but it hasn't changed anything either.
