[2023] Steam VR performance issues

Recently ED has become unplayable in VR for me. I haven’t changed anything on my end, so I’m guessing Steam updated something? It starts getting so stuttery I just have to close it all down. If I turn on the steam performance graph thing, it shows little pings of red every second or so. Any help from people who are computer savvy would help! GPU is a 3070.
