[2023] Problem with HOTAS bindings

Greetings Commanders!

I hope I can find some help here, yesterday I have set up my Joystick and Throttle controls for E:D, I rebound some stuff from the standard HOTAS settings and saved it so I can access it easier, once I started E:D today the saved bindings were there but they are only partially working.
The problem is that the Joystick has the bindings working but my Throttle bindings are gone, any suggestions why this is and what I did wrong? Maybe I forgot a file I just took the Custom4.0.binds file do I need another one that is for the Throttle specifically?
