[2022] Federation rank missions are not appearing

I have been at the rank of none with the Federation for a long time and only now realise I can do missions to increase my rank, I have done one and now I'm the rank of "cadet" but now the problem I am having, is that I can not find another federation rank up mission, I have tried reloging, supercruise and re-dock, even going to another system with a station that will allow federation rank up missions, and I have checked that my cadet rank is at 100% which I am.

Am I experiencing a bug? or is that you can only do once per day? any information would be greatly appreciated
