[2023] Material count not going up?

I'm gathering guardian materials currently, and decided to check on how many I had, and found that they hadn't changed in a run or two.

I double checked as I found another Guardian Power Conduit, saw my inventory at 15/250, picked up the new one, and I am still at 15.

I relogged and the numbers still appear stuck.

Anyone else encounter something like this? Any fixes?
