[2023] I just lost all because of... a mistake

UPDATE

The amazing guys and girls at Frontier support have restored my savegame. As they said, if you reach out to them ASAP there is no risk of losing your progress.

I just lost all my years of progress and memories by mistake. I clear the save file because i misclicked on it and the Yes is on the right side instead of the left side, so i mechanically press right then enter and realized right after it was YES.

Anyone knows if Frontier can recover my savegame? I reach out to them with a ticket but i really dont know.
