Since the release of Update 16 it has been noted that many of you are experiencing unusually lengthy Fleet Carrier jump times.

Where yes, these times can vary in order to compensate for heavy traffic, it's becoming more apparent after some extended monitoring of the situation that there may be something more to the situation for us to look into.

A number of you may be seeing and are actually reporting improved jump times since investigations began.
I’ve not updated you all yet due to some final monitoring and checks taking place back here, for optimal confidence.

Greetings Commanders.

Having taken time to monitor and make sure that support was applied effectively to address the unusually long Fleet Carrier jump times that you were experiencing above, we're happy to confirm the situation stable and working as intended (the support team will update the Issue Tracker as soon as possible with this information).

As already known - during periods of heavier traffic around Fleet Carrier movements, you may see increases in jump times to as much as 20-40 minutes, which is intentional in order to help manage and spread such traffic loads but overall, 15 minutes will predominantly be your jump time wait (approximately) during regular traffic.

If you experience unusually longer jump times again moving forward (over an hour), please don't hesitate to file a report in Issue Tracker as before.
It's always so helpful.
