[2023] "Mission is required" black box bug?

Trying to do my first black box mission, I went to the target body and as I was supercruising I got a mission related signal. I followed the signal and found a black box but I can't do anything. It just says "mission is required". After googling I went to the nav beacon to get all the signals but that's the only one in blue. I'm in the right system and planet but the signal shows the name of a different mission. I haven't accepted any other missions besides this one.
