That's really awesome but why do I need to submit a ticket for everything that happens wrong in elite? Its really annoying and its already enough for me that I have to use support for other stuff like losing progress and having connection problems.

We like to hear from players because it helps us fix these issues. If we can find the source of a problem like "hey my missions are broken", it means we can try to fix it ASAP. :)
