@spieler20200712 the Good Production Boost is in the next column, not very difficult to find  

@spieler20200712 In Chapter 3 you'll research your Tier 3 Goods, in the column after those, you'll research your Tier 3 Boosted Good. It's that one the Quest is referring to.

@spieler20200712 Because the Boosted Goods differ between players, the Developers chose to refer only to "Boosted Goods" on the Quest/Research Tree, rather than specifics to make things a little easier
