I wanted to add a further small note to this important Announcement and thought it better to put this additional post for visibility:

Over the years we have seen several players lose their accounts after many years of not only play, but dedication and hard work. This can be because their ''friend'' or Fellowship kindly offered to look after their game/s for a plethora of reasons.

The player then returns to their game/s to find that all Diamonds are spent, Ancient Wonders and special building have been deleted, or even every building that can be deleted has been and a ghost town is all that is left.

As you can appreciate, although this is heart breaking, we cannot do anything at all to help, due to breaching our Game Rules.

We do not want this to happen to you, so please be mindful when playing Elvenar, If you are offered someone else's log in details, regardless of why, immediately contact support... Read more

The information was released last year, for anyone that perhaps missed it, here it is.

There will indeed, when this gets to the live server. But as this is Beta only currently, its not really relevant.

Not at all Pauly, but after that Tournament round, it would be expected that players then deposited them out of the Knowledge Point bar and to then keep accruing the hourly points again.
I appreciate that this seems to be an issue for some of the app players, with the phrase fat fingers being quoted a few times today about this. It has already been passed back to see if a modification could be made, but it would have been remiss of me to not point out the way the Knowledge Point bar works, as increasing it to 20 with the Inspiring Meditation, really hints at what could be the ideal maximum.

As mentioned it would be expected that the Knowledge Points that you are getting from the World Map, would be simply used up quickly, adding to Ancient Wonders, whether your own or another players. It would never be assumed as part of normal gameplay that these would not just arrive and leave very quickly.
This is what is meant when mentioning the reason that the bar only accumulates up to 10 (or 20 if Enchanted).

This is intended, as Broken Shards can be used for Crafting, as well as for creating Runes. As an aside the Knowledge Point Bar is only intended to hold 10-20 Knowledge Points (depending on whether an Inspiring Meditation is cast) and to also offer a temporary space when winning Knowledge Points. Its design was not to create a permanent holding space, as this means 24 Knowledge Points a day are missed.

I appreciate that some players venture outside of what is deemed intended gameplay, same as some Fellowships operate Wonder Societies and Net Zero, but these are not officially recognised as part of the game. One of the reasons when reaching out to support, if it is not linked to intended gameplay we are unable to help.

The Knowledge Points bar, which this new mentioned option links to, should only hold either 10 Knowledge Points or if the Inspiring Meditation has been added 20 Knowledge Points. Rarely should this be more unless an Event reward has occurred. If the bar is used differently to this, it would be seen as outside of intended gameplay.

We adhere to a strict pattern between the Spire and the Magic Academy, and announce this to assist players who are awaiting a specific Artifact etc: This would allow notice for using Sips of Clarity to maximise the ability to obtain these.
There are a few different ways to maximise the Recipe's, not least crafting some of the items that you do not want, but frequently appear in the slots, as an eg: the Chess Set once crafted and place in your inventory, will stop appearing, and therefore release a little more space for your desired Recipe to occur.
Is this along the lines of what you were thinking @Paul... Read more

The Gold League rewards have been updated today, to reflect TWO artifacts, rather than just one. This was a small visual issue as this should have specified two as usual.

This does sound like a display issue, as we are not seeing this in the actual game records. We have passed back to the developers that the app players are finding this confusing with the graphics, as they differ considerable to the browser version with this new effect.

To confirm this is not a bug, simply the new display for the change in the Twilight Phoenix feeding effect.
Please bear in mind that for Units damaged in Combat this will revive the Squadron, but for Units wiped out this will have no effect, as its not a Necromancer anymore ;)

This is 63 points: 1 for each Spirit Essence, 2 for Spirit Guards and 3 for defeating a Boss. This is why it is 1330 or more for Gold.

@SunriseBuilder I have just edited it as that refers to the Heavy Ranged Unit for Humans. This will grant the same to Elves, so the wording is now changed.
Regarding the 24 hours this means that all the points accrued during that time are increased, they are not then lost.

I will start us off, as it seems people are being a little shy....
Once upon a time I was merrily playing a game called Forge of Empires, and was approached to become a volunteer moderator for the game. I figured I had some spare time to do this so happily signed up to what I now understand is the InnoGames family.
Fast-forward a few months and I attended an InnoGames meeting, this was open to the volunteers of all of the games, that also included several Community Managers and some of the in-house team (these are the full time employees of the company).
I found myself surrounded by other passionate gamers, all with a deep love of the games they volunteered or worked for. The weekend meeting went far too quickly, but within two weeks I had signed up to volunteer here at Elvenar too, taking the steps towards becoming the Community Manager, and sharing my deep love of all things Elvenar.
Now talking about deep love....along the way I have met a... Read more

Yep a few are tricky, which is why our Terms and Conditions (Art. 12 Your Obligations, 12.3) specifically covers this. These can be found at the bottom of each Forum page, as well as at the bottom of each page on the Knowledge Base and on the log-in page of the game.

This depends on the copyright @BlueBlou To give an example of Disney. Snow White and the Seven Dwarves is in the public domain so not copyrighted. However the names of all of the Dwarves are copyrighted. So it is not quite so cut and dry. The same as anyone using their real life information, be that part of their real name, dob, address etc: if the player name gives anything that could identify a person, then it would be against our Game Rules.
