@Drew52 I know how it is, Herodite is correct put up a support ticket, we'll help you out, it's probably a log in issue, do you use PC or app?  

@Alcaro From a personal perspective I found Firefox to be brilliant in it's day, but it has been surpassed in recent years by far better browsers. I can't remember the last time I used it in all honesty.
